Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great location, very modern and comfortable with a beautiful pond view. The rooms are okay for the price, although I noticed some moisture issues. The service varied, with one staff member being extremely helpful, while another seemed less engaged. Overall, it’s a decent choice for the money, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
I stayed at this hotel and really appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, along with the friendly and attentive staff. While the location was scenic and made it convenient for exploring nearby attractions, I found the noise level unfortunate, especially coming from the highway. The dining options were decent but could use improvement, and overall, I felt the price wasn’t quite justified given the experience.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, as the location was attractive with immaculate landscaping and not far from downtown Granville. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, although they were a bit too hot for the first couple of nights. While the staff was generally friendly, I did encounter some who seemed a bit rude at times. Overall, it was a decent experience, but a few aspects could definitely be improved.
I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The location is charming and picturesque, making it an attractive spot, but the rooms left much to be desired as they were not very clean. The service from the staff was excellent and friendly, but the overall experience didn’t feel ideal mainly due to the condition of the rooms. Additionally, the dining could benefit from better quality food offerings.
The hotel had a lot of potential with its quaint location near a lovely pond and gazebo, making it quite picturesque. The room was spacious and comfortable enough for me and my son, but there were issues with cleanliness and a very annoying sound from the jet tub that disrupted our stay. The staff was friendly, yet only one person was present to assist, which made service a bit lackluster overall. While the price seemed reasonable, the overall experience had its ups and downs.
